How it can change your life
UNCOMPROMISINGLY COMPACT
With the Viva Plus, we set ourselves the task of building the most compact and agile electric wheelchair we could. The result: 95 cm long, 60 cm wide, 79 cm turning radius. What does that mean? You can get virtually anywhere in your home or office. And even supermarket checkouts or narrow gaps between clothes racks in shops are no longer an obstacle. Granted, the Viva Plus is not an off-road vehicle, but it still cuts quite a figure in town – on pavements or in cafés.FULL OF SOPHISTICATED FUNCTIONS
We are constantly asking ourselves the same question: How can we make your everyday life a little easier? This has given rise to solutions like the integrated charger, so you’ll always have it with you. And if you’re out for longer than expected – in a café or visiting friends – you can top-up a little juice anywhere. Then there’s the electric steering fork lock, which allows you to swivel the steering wheels backward and lock them in place. In case you need your chair to be a few centimetres shorter or want to ride easily into a lift, over ramps or through narrow doorways.PERFECTLY ADAPTABLE
Something that accompanies you through the day needs to fit you: Despite its small dimensions, the Viva Plus has a modular design and comes with a whole series of customizable options. Plus, we tailor it to suit you perfectly with the biodynamic positioning package. Once it’s set up, all key elements like the headrest, leg rests and seat angle move with you and follow your body with every movement. The city flyer
Negotiating everyday life with the Swiss Viva Plus
Urban landscapes sometimes pose particular challenges for people in wheelchairs. The Schanzenviertel neighbourhood in Hamburg is no exception, where charming little boutiques sit side-by-side with equally charming little cafés. What sounds for many like pure quality of life provides less than ideal terrain for many wheelchair users. ‘Not for me,’ says our customer and enthusiastic Viva Plus user. Why? The compact city flyer is the perfect companion for your forays through tightly-packed record shops, narrow libraries or flea markets. And it cuts a fine figure when good weather coaxes you out to work from one of the cafés.Technical data
